Process
Our method of roof cleaning is to initially start by scraping off 99% of moss from the roof, we then clear out all the gutters and sweep and bag up the moss.
Then we apply a biocide treatment which will kill any remaining moss, prevent regrowth and lighten the tiles over time.
Finally we go round and clean all the windows and remove any waste from the ground.
Results
After we’ve finished scraping the moss from the roof you will see a huge improvement however the biocide treatment takes time to work. You will start seeing major results in just a few weeks, and the tiles Will gradually start to brighten back to their original colour.
Once we start to see this we will then return to hoover out any remaining dead moss from the gutters.
Quoting
Quoting for roof cleaning is very similar to how we quote our pressure washing work.
We charge by the m2 we do this by using Google earth or by visiting in person. However there are many factors that can affect the price. These include: access to the roof, the amount of moss on the roof and labour.
When quoting we provide a detailed report with pictures and explanations of the process of the job and what to expect.
