Grounds Maintenance Packages
Grass Only
As the title says this is a grass only service specifically designed for sites that just need the lawns cutting and strimming and either have everything else covered or maybe their site is mostly just made up of grass.
This is a grass cutting only service and does not include other lawn care activities such as fertilizing, seeding and levelling.
Basics Package
The basics package consists of services to keep your garden and grounds maintained but no extra one off services included. Those services that are included are: Mowing, Strimming, Leaf clearing, Litter picking, Weeding, Pruning, Hedge trimming, Border maintenance and sweeping. Extra services such as pressure washing, gritting, tree works and gutter clearing would be a one off job and quoted separately.
Full Maintenance
Full maintenance is the full grounds maintenance package. We will basically maintain everything on the outside of your premises garden and grounds related. So you get all the basics including: Mowing, Hedge trimming, leaf clearing and weeding but also a whole lot of added extras included in the monthly price which could cost you 10x more if they were priced individually.
Those added services are: Pressure Washing, Gutter Cleaning, gritting / snow removal, minor tree works, lawn care works and exterior cleaning services.
We would conduct a site visit to determine an accurate monthly cost and what extra could be included.
